Mr. GUNASEELAN resigned as a Non-Executive Director.

The company appointed Mr. VISWANATHAN SRIDHAR as Company Secretary, bringing over 30 years of experience in secretarial and legal compliances.

Additionally, two new directors joined the board: Mr. KAMALA KANNAN ASHWIN KUMAR, an independent director with vast real estate development experience, and Mr. KHALILUR REHMAN ZAKIR HUSSAIN, a non-executive director and seasoned entrepreneur with diverse business interests across multiple continents.
