Emami Limited is significantly boosting its stake in Axiom Ayurveda Private Limited (AAPL). Previously holding ~26.5%, Emami will acquire an additional ~73.5% from shareholders, making AAPL a wholly-owned subsidiary.

The first ~36.7% stake has been acquired, with the remaining completion expected by June 2026. While the acquisition's financial valuation was not disclosed, this move strategically strengthens Emami's footprint in the Ayurvedic products segment.
