The number of pledged shares of Thyrocare Technologies by its promoter, Docon Technologies, remains unchanged.

A total of 9,69,69,696 shares (60.93% of Thyrocare's capital) are still encumbered.

This update follows the partial redemption of Series 1 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth 120 Cr by Docon's parent company, API Holdings.

This redemption was done by reducing the face value of each debenture from 1 Cr to 0.9 Cr.

The outstanding nominal value of these Series 1 NCDs now totals 1,080 Cr.
