Triveni Enterprises has confirmed its compliance regarding the dematerialisation of shares.

The company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India, reported that all securities received from depository participants for dematerialisation were processed, confirmed, and listed on stock exchanges.

This ensures efficient and accurate handling of investor shares, maintaining proper records in the register of members.
