Krishna Defence and Allied Industries (KDAIL) has formed a new subsidiary, Krishna Vabo Defence Composites Private Limited, acquiring a 51% stake for Rs. 51,000. This joint venture with Vabo Netherlands aims to manufacture cutting-edge composite ship doors, hatches, and other marine products.

This strategic move enhances KDAIL's product portfolio in the defence and maritime sectors and targets market expansion into ASEAN countries.

As a newly formed company, its initial financial impact is minimal, but it positions KDAIL for future growth in specialized defence components.
