GUJJUBHAI INDUSTRIES LIMITED, previously known as Sumuka Agro Industries Limited, has officially changed its name.

This rebranding follows the merger by absorption of Gujjubhai Foods Private Limited with Sumuka Agro Industries Limited, a scheme sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs approved the name change, formalizing the integration of Gujjubhai Foods into the company.

This significant step concludes the merger process and positions the company under its new identity, reflecting its evolved business structure and operations to stakeholders.
