Company Update

Jaihind Industries has appointed Mr. Pramod Yadav as its new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective March 31. Mr. Yadav, an Associate Member of ICSI with nearly a decade of experience in secretarial and statutory compliances, will serve as Key Managerial Personnel.

This appointment was finalized in a board meeting held on March 31, which commenced at 5:30 P.M. and concluded at 6:00 P.M.

This strengthens the company's governance framework by bringing in experienced leadership for compliance and secretarial functions.
