Company Update

Bhaskar Agrochemicals' Board has appointed Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Koritala, a seasoned finance professional, and Mr. Chandra Sekhar Pudi, an experienced management consultant, as new Independent Directors for five years, effective from April 1, pending shareholder approval.

This move follows the departure of Mr. Venkata Satyanarayana Sankurathri Chowdary and Mr. Sudhakar Chigurupati, who completed their tenures.

Additionally, the company has reconstituted its Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees.

These changes aim to enhance board expertise and strengthen corporate governance.
