Prestige Estates Projects (PRESTIGE) has secured a 50% partnership interest in Aaramnagar Realty LLP through a ₹180 Cr investment.

This strategic acquisition is set to unlock a new real estate development project in Versova, Mumbai, significantly expanding Prestige's footprint in a key metro market.

Aaramnagar Realty, established in 2018, has reported no turnover in recent years, highlighting this as a clear investment into future project growth rather than an existing income stream.

This move bolsters Prestige's long-term development pipeline.
