Religare is a diversified financial services group active in SME loans, housing finance, health insurance, and capital markets.

This strategic move is for investment purposes, potentially diversifying INTLCONV's portfolio into the financial sector.

Religare posted a turnover of ₹7354.236 Cr in FY24-25. This small, focused investment broadens ICL's presence.
