The RTA confirmed that all physical shares received for dematerialization were duly processed with depositories, accepted or rejected, and subsequently listed on stock exchanges.

This ensures that the company's share records are accurately updated, physical certificates are cancelled, and depositories are properly registered as owners, maintaining transparency and compliance in share management.
