Crane Infrastructure announced the submission of a compliance certificate from its Registrar and Transfer Agent.

The certificate confirms that all securities received for dematerialisation during the last quarter were properly processed, accepted or rejected, and listed on the stock exchange.

It also verifies that physical share certificates converted to electronic form were duly mutilated, cancelled, and shareholder records were updated within 15 days.
