The company has announced a change in its internal auditing function.

CS Ankita Vishwakarma has resigned as Internal Auditor due to other commitments.

Concurrently, CS Ekta Joshi has been appointed as the new Internal Auditor.

Ms. Joshi is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Commerce Graduate.

These changes, accepted by the Board based on the Audit Committee's review, ensure continuity in the company's crucial internal controls and governance, which is vital for operational integrity and investor confidence.
