Shivagrico Implements has confirmed the proper handling of dematerialized shares.

The company stated that shares received for dematerialization were listed on stock exchanges, their certificates were canceled, and depositories became registered owners within 15 days.

A total of 40,75,400 shares were dematerialized, including 9,51,917 shares for NSDL and 31,23,483 shares for CDSL.
