Contil India has confirmed that its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) properly handled all securities received for dematerialization.

This involves timely confirmation to depositories, ensuring the shares are listed on exchanges, and cancelling physical certificates after due verification.

The RTA also updated the register of members with the depositories as registered owners.

This process assures investors of accurate and compliant management of their electronic shares and smooth share transfer operations.
