ICICI Bank's board has proposed a dividend of ₹12 per share for FY2026, pending shareholder approval.

The board approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, with standalone profit after tax at ₹13,702 crore and consolidated profit after tax at ₹14,755 crore for the quarter.

The bank also renewed its fund-raising capacity, allowing for up to ₹25,000 crore in domestic debt and USD 1.50 billion in overseas markets.

Asset quality improved, with the net NPA ratio at 0.33%. Total deposits reached ₹17,94,625 crore, and the loan portfolio grew to ₹15,53,893 crore, maintaining robust capital adequacy at 17.18%.
