The certificate assures that securities received for dematerialization were processed correctly, accepted or rejected, and that the corresponding physical certificates were mutilated and cancelled.

It also confirms that the depositories' names were updated in the register of members within stipulated timelines, ensuring accurate shareholder records and continued listing of these shares on stock exchanges.
