Nestle India's Board has announced a final dividend of ₹5.00 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. This dividend, totaling ₹964.16 Cr, awaits shareholder approval at the upcoming 67th Annual General Meeting.

For eligible shareholders, the Record Date for determining dividend entitlement is July 10, 2026. If approved, the dividend payout is scheduled on and from July 30, 2026. This is in addition to the ₹7.00 per share interim dividend already paid.
