Force Motors has finalized the acquisition of Veera Tanneries Private Limited (VTPL) by executing a Share Purchase Agreement.

The company paid Rs. 161.96 Cr to acquire VTPL's entire shareholding, making it a Wholly Owned Subsidiary.
