Omaxe's promoter, Guild Builders Private Limited, has created a Non-Disposal Undertaking (NDU) on an additional 3.53 crore equity shares of Omaxe Limited.

This represents 19.28% of the company's total share capital and supports borrowings availed by a step-down subsidiary for the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). Following this, Guild Builders' total encumbered shares in Omaxe now stand at 4.99 crore shares, or 27.29% of the total share capital.

This increase in promoter share encumbrance is a key metric for investors to monitor as it reflects financing activities within the group.
