Bhansali Engineering Polymers' board has approved a final dividend of Re.

1 per equity share (100%). To be eligible for this payout, shareholders must hold shares by the close of business on July 13, 2026. The dividend will be disbursed on or before July 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.

No bonus issues or buybacks affecting share eligibility were announced.
