Record Date

Supreme Petrochem's Board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 8 per equity share for FY26. To be eligible for this dividend, shareholders must hold shares by the record date of July 14, 2026. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will also be held on July 14, 2026, where members will vote on the dividend.

If approved, payment will be made on or after August 1, 2026. The e-voting cut-off date for the AGM is July 07, 2026.
