Century Enka has solidified its investment in ABREL Century Energy Limited (ABRELCEL), a Wind-Solar Hybrid power generator, by acquiring additional shares worth Rs. 3.79 Crore.

This crucial step ensures Century Enka maintains its 26% stake, allowing it to qualify as a 'Captive User' of ABRELCEL's power.

The move secures stable, cost-effective, and greener energy access for Century Enka's operations.

ABRELCEL, incorporated in March 2022, reported a turnover of Rs. 19.49 Crore as of March 2025. This enhances operational efficiency through backward integration into energy sourcing.
