Sunlite Recycling Industries' board has approved the financial results for the half-year and year ended March 31, 2026. For the full year, standalone revenue reached ₹2,764.72 Cr with a net profit of ₹40.15 Cr, while consolidated revenue hit ₹2,791.10 Cr, yielding ₹41.00 Cr net profit.

Concurrently, the board proposed a final dividend of Re 1 per equity share for FY26, representing 10% on a face value of Rs 10. This dividend awaits shareholder approval at the forthcoming 4th Annual General Meeting, underscoring the company's focus on shareholder returns.
