Accel Limited announced the Scheme of Amalgamation with Accel Media Ventures Limited is now effective following NCLT sanction.

The company has set a record date of May 1st, 2026, to identify eligible Accel Media Ventures shareholders.

They will receive one fully paid-up equity share of Accel Limited (face value ₹2) for every two fully paid-up equity shares of Accel Media Ventures Limited (face value ₹10) they hold.
