The company's strategy hinges on KFC's two-pronged consumer recruitment, featuring value deals like the ₹99 Krisper Burger Meal and targeted offers.
A key development is the proposed merger with Devyani International, expected to unify brand strategy, especially for Pizza Hut, and bolster future growth.
KFC plans aggressive expansion, targeting 60-80 new stores annually.
In Q4 FY26, Sapphire added 24 net restaurants, bringing its total to 1,052. KFC launched new products and rolled out digital kiosks to over 73% of its stores.
The company was also recognized as a Gallup Exceptional Workplace.
Management views Q4's strong uplift as a positive sign for the new fiscal year.
