FY26 revenue rose 18.6% YoY to ₹4,159.8 Cr, with EBITDA up 17.3% to ₹323.5 Cr, and PAT climbing 10.0% to ₹160.9 Cr.
EPS for the year stood at ₹10.28. The company is strategically diversifying into high-value specialty products, expanding its B2C portfolio, and targeting high-growth sectors like EVs to improve revenue quality and margins.
Operational excellence and cost optimization are also key focus areas.
A notable update includes the successful launch of the IHT Specialty Wire segment in FY26, with IHT and OHT wires already gaining strong customer traction.
Operating Cash Flow for FY26 was ₹333.1 Cr.
The RoCE for FY26 stood at 15.3%, demonstrating improved capital efficiency, while the Debt to Equity ratio improved to 0.39. Management is confident in sustained long-term growth, targeting over 25% ROCE by FY27 and more than ₹600 Cr in positive operating cash flows over FY26-FY27, moving towards a self-sustaining growth model.
