Go Fashion's FY26 and Q4 performance saw revenue dip slightly, down 1% for the year to Rs. 838 Cr and 4% for Q4 to Rs. 196 Cr.
Profit after tax for FY26 fell 37% to Rs. 59.2 Cr (EPS Rs. 10.97), and Q4 PAT dropped 60% to Rs. 7.9 Cr (EPS Rs. 1.48). This decline was partly due to a Rs. 5 Cr lower discount upside from a Large Format Store partner and a Rs. 2.5 Cr Capex write-off for closed stores in Q4. The company is strategically shifting its product mix, with non-leggings items now contributing ~70% of revenue.
They added 43,283 sq. ft.
(+11% YoY) of retail space in FY26, primarily through larger Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) to enhance customer experience.
Future strategy includes expanding EBOs, especially in Tier 2/3 cities, aiming to nearly double retail area over five years without external funding.
They also plan to bolster online presence and leverage technology for efficiency.
A brand ambassador will be introduced by June 2026 to boost customer engagement.
