Outcome of Board Meeting

Ashima Ltd's board has appointed Mr. Malay Jayendra Dalal as a new Independent Director for 5 years, effective May 1, 2026 (subject to shareholder approval). This led to a shake-up, with the Audit, Stakeholders' Relationship, and Sub-Committees also being reconstituted.
