Odyssey Corporation Limited's Board approved the conversion of 78.50 lakh convertible warrants into an equal number of equity shares.

Each warrant converted into one equity share with a face value of ₹5, at a conversion price of ₹14 per share.

These new shares, valued at ₹8.24 Cr, were allotted to the company's promoters, including Pooja Equiresearch Private Limited, Hemanshu Ramniklal Mehta, and Beena Hemanshu Mehta.

This conversion signifies a capital infusion from promoters, strengthening the company's equity base and balance sheet.
