Record Date

Exide Industries has declared a final dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share for FY26. To be eligible for this dividend, investors must hold shares by the record date, which is Friday, July 3, 2026. The dividend payment will be processed within 30 days after the 79th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for July 10, 2026, pending shareholder approval.
