Neogen Chemicals promoter Dr. Harin Haridas Kanani has pledged an additional 20.19 lakh shares (7.65% of the company's paid-up capital) to Axis Trustee Services.

This new pledge helps a promoter group company, Cadamba Solutions Private Limited, raise funds.

Notably, this transaction means Dr. Kanani's entire direct holding of 33.38 lakh shares (12.65% of Neogen Chemicals) is now encumbered.
