Meghmani Organics will merge two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Kilburn Chemicals and Meghmani Crop Nutrition.

This aims to simplify the group structure, boost efficiency, and enhance shareholder value.

No new shares are involved, preventing dilution.

Creditor liabilities remain unaffected, with merging units adding ₹56.24 Cr in unsecured debt to MOL's books.
