SJS Enterprises posted record Q4 and FY26 results, significantly outperforming the auto industry.
Q4 revenue hit a high of 260.1 Cr, up 29.7% YoY, fueled by stellar 2-wheeler (+41.1%) and passenger vehicle (+40.9%) segment growth.
FY26 revenue reached 955.1 Cr (+25.6% YoY), with exports surging 74.6% in Q4 and recording an all-time high of 91.1 Cr for the full year.
The company's strategy hinges on premiumization, new-age aesthetic products, and tech-driven innovation.
A key development is the technology license with BOE Varitronix for optical display systems in India, alongside new chrome plating and optical display facilities nearing completion.
Q4 EBITDA jumped 53% YoY to 80.8 Cr (30.3% margin), and PAT grew 44.9% to 48.9 Cr (18.8% margin). For FY26, EBITDA climbed 41.7% to 288.0 Cr (29.6% margin) and PAT rose 44.6% to 171.8 Cr (18.0% margin). SJS holds a strong net cash position of 243.7 Cr, with impressive ROCE of 35.5% and ROE of 19.5%. Management anticipates outperforming industry growth by 1.5-2x in FY27, backed by strong order books, premium products, expanded OEM accounts, and rising exports, while maintaining robust margins.
