Aptus Value Housing Finance reported strong financial results for Q4 FY26 and the full financial year.
Asset Under Management (AUM) grew 21% YoY to ₹13,107 Cr, driven by a record ₹1,242 Cr in quarterly disbursements (up 17% YoY). Net profit (PAT) rose 26% YoY to ₹261 Cr for the quarter and ₹943 Cr for the full year.
Return on Assets (RoA) reached 8.2% and Return on Equity (RoE) hit 21.2% in Q4. Asset quality (GNPA) stood at 1.52%. The company's strategy involves contiguous expansion into new states like Maharashtra and Odisha, alongside deeper penetration in existing markets, planning accelerated branch additions for FY27. Technology-led decision-making is key, with over 92% digital agreements and 94% digital collections.
Management projects 22-24% AUM growth for FY27, supported by expansion, higher average ticket sizes, and calibrated lending.
