Outcome of Board Meeting

Avalon Tech's board has approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Consolidated Revenue jumped 40% YoY to ₹479.89 Cr (Q4) & 46% to ₹1603.21 Cr (FY). PAT surged 69.5% to ₹41.15 Cr (Q4) & 78% to ₹112.95 Cr (FY). Also approved: 21,534 ESOP share allotment.
