Ceigall India shines in Q4 FY26!

Consolidated revenue hit ₹1,398.81 Cr, up 35.2% YoY.

Full-year FY26 revenue reached ₹4,076.66 Cr, climbing 16.7% YoY, fueled by strong Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Annuity projects.

Net profit in Q4 soared to ₹129.03 Cr (+78.3% YoY), with FY26 net profit at ₹308.92 Cr (+7.8% YoY). EPS landed at ₹7.41 (Q4) & ₹17.73 (FY26). Project execution and the Velgaon Power Transmission acquisition were key growth drivers.

An earlier fraud of ₹8.97 Cr had no further P&L impact.

Overall, these results indicate strong financial momentum and operational efficiency.
