SDC Techmedia Limited has announced changes to its Board composition.

Mr. Vasudevan Sridharan's second consecutive term as an Independent Director concluded, leading to his cessation from the board and its committees.

The Board subsequently appointed Ms. Kanchan Jhawar as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval.

Ms. Jhawar brings valuable expertise as a qualified Company Secretary with 11 years of experience in Corporate Law and Finance.
