MKP Mobility Limited has disclosed an internal transfer of equity shares among its promoters and immediate relatives.

Mr. Jitesh Mahendrakumar Patodia gifted 5,83,613 equity shares to Mr. Aanjan Jitesh Patodia through an off-market transaction.

Consequently, Mr. Jitesh Mahendrakumar Patodia's holding decreased from 17.40% to 16.59%, while Mr. Aanjan Jitesh Patodia's holding increased from 7.88% to 8.66%. This inter-se transfer between promoter family members adjusts individual stakes but does not alter the overall promoter group's control or the company's public shareholding.
