Tashi India Limited announced key changes to its Board of Directors.

Akshay Ratanchand Ranka has resigned as a Director due to other commitments.

The company has appointed two Additional Non-Executive Directors from the Promoter Group: Rohit Hargovind Bajaj and Sunil Hargovind Bajaj.

Rohit Bajaj, Chairman & MD of Bajaj Steel Industries, brings extensive experience in strategic planning, holding 3.45% of company shares.

Sunil Bajaj, an Executive Director at Bajaj Steel, adds expertise in business operations and owns 1.07% of shares.

These appointments are set to enhance Tashi India's strategic leadership and governance.
