GP Eco Solutions promoter Deepak Pandey has pledged 5,71,428 equity shares.

These shares act as collateral for financial assistance availed by the company's subsidiaries, Invergy India Private Limited and GPES Green Projects Private Limited, from MUFIN GREEN FINANCE LIMITED.

This means a portion of the promoter's stake is now encumbered.
