Bank of India delivered strong FY26 results with Global Business up 14.57% to ₹16.99 lakh Cr.
Global Deposits grew 13.56% to ₹9.27 lakh Cr, and Advances climbed 15.82% to ₹7.71 lakh Cr, driven by robust 19.11% growth in the RAM segment (Retail, Agri, MSME). Net Profit jumped 14% to ₹10,527 Cr.
Asset quality significantly improved, with Gross NPA at 1.98% and Net NPA at 0.56%. Return on Assets hit 0.93%. The bank's digital transformation is a key growth driver, with its Digital Lending Platform sanctioning ₹1.28 lakh Cr (+87% YoY) in loans and 50 products now live.
They launched new credit cards and expanded WhatsApp Banking.
Recent developments include raising ₹10,000 Cr in Infrastructure Bonds.
ESG is also a focus, raising ₹963 Cr in Green Deposits and growing Green Finance exposure beyond ₹14,000 Cr.
The bank's Capital Adequacy (CRAR) strengthened to 18.01%. Management looks forward to continued exponential growth, backed by digital innovation and a strong balance sheet.
