Artemis Medicare posted strong Q4 FY26 and full-year FY26 consolidated results.
Q4 revenue jumped 16.4% YoY to ₹279.23 Cr, with EBITDA up 23.1% to ₹59.38 Cr.
Full-year revenue grew 15.4% to ₹1,081.24 Cr, and EBITDA rose 18.0% to ₹218.01 Cr.
Profit after tax (PAT) surged 32.1% in Q4 to ₹30.28 Cr and 26.2% for the full year to ₹103.72 Cr.
Diluted EPS also saw significant growth.
The company is in expansion mode, growing its Gurugram facility to 700 beds with plans to reach 1,000 beds.
New super-specialty hospitals are planned in Raipur (300+ beds, May/June 2026 operational) and South Delhi (650+ beds, FY29 operational). International expansion includes a new 110-bed facility in Mauritius (FY27). Artemis plans to raise ~₹700 Cr to fuel these ambitious growth projects.
