JSW Energy achieved record annual power sales, EBITDA, & PAT, fueled by strategic acquisitions like Mahanadi, O2 Power, Tidong Hydro (50 MW commissioned), and Raigarh Champa (₹700.1 Cr). The board proposed a ₹2/share dividend, while strengthening its balance sheet by raising ₹3,000 Cr from promoters.
