Goodluck India Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023 ( SEBI Operational circular ), we hereby confirm that Goodluck India Limited is not a Large Corporate (LC) as per the applicability criteria given in aforesaid circular.
