Alicon Castalloy has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share (40%) for FY2025-26. This payout means shareholders will receive Rs. 2 for each share they own.

A record date has been set to determine eligible shareholders for this dividend.

The Board also approved the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
