The Board has set July 30, 2026, as the Record Date for shareholders.

If you hold shares by then, you'll be eligible for the proposed final dividend of Rs. 5.00 per share (50% on Rs. 10 FV) for FY26, pending shareholder approval.

This date also determines your eligibility to vote at the 87th Annual General Meeting.
