The company has announced a board meeting where it approved the audited financial results for the latest quarter and financial year.

Standalone net profit for the year surged to ₹ 17,175.23 Cr (EPS ₹ 80.72), with consolidated net profit hitting ₹ 18,046.89 Cr (EPS ₹ 84.81). The Board proposed a final equity dividend of ₹ 19.25 per share for the financial year, pending shareholder approval.

Operational highlights include an improved Average Gross Refining Margin of US $8.79 per BBL for the year.

Additionally, ₹ 3,300 Cr in government compensation for domestic LPG under-recoveries was recognized.
