Financial Results Updates

Power Finance Corporation announced the approval of its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board further proposed a final dividend of ₹3.95 per equity share for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.

This adds to the ₹14.60 per equity share interim dividends already disbursed during the year.

The company clarified that all future dividend payments will be electronic, advising shareholders to update their bank details.

PFC also confirmed completion of its quarterly debt compliance submissions.
