Paras Defence's board has proposed a Final Dividend of Re.

1/- per equity share (FV Rs. 5) for FY 2025-26. Shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM is required, with exact dates for the AGM, record, and payment to follow.

The company also approved its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Annual consolidated profit was Rs. 89.46 Cr, boosted by a Rs. 2.91 Cr exceptional gain from a subsidiary divestment.
